As brushless DC motor has simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance and a series of advantages like AC motor, it also with high efficiency DC motor, no excitation loss and speed performance and many other advantages, it becomes pervasive in today's economy field.
More than a century, the electric motor as an electromechanical energy conversion device, its use has spread in all areas of the national economy and people's daily life. The main types are synchronous motors, induction motors and DC motors three categories. As the traditional DC motor’s brush adopt mechanical methods for commutation, and thus there is relative mechanical friction and result in noise, cremation, radio interference and weaknesses of short life and other weakness. Coupled with high manufacturing costs and maintenance difficulties shortcomings, which greatly limits its scope of application, resulting in the current industrial and agricultural production mostly use three-phase asynchronous motor.
